Q1. Can I return or exchange a custom item if I don’t like it?
Sorry, we don’t accept returns for custom-made products. Every item at CAHO is made-to-order based on your specific requests, so the standard 7-day return policy does not apply unless there is a product or printing defect. We treat every order with artisan-level care and craftsmanship — and we hope you value your one-of-a-kind creation just as much.
Q2. What if my item is damaged or fades too quickly?
At CAHO, we care deeply about quality — often even more than our customers do — and we pay attention to every detail. If you have any concerns after receiving your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Q3. Do your printed items come with a warranty?
CAHO specializes in custom printing, and all materials we use are scientifically tested — and personally wear-tested — to ensure durability of prints and embroidery. However, because the lifespan of a custom item depends heavily on individual usage and washing habits, we are unable to offer a fixed warranty.
