Q2.  How much does it cost per piece? Is it cheaper if I order more?

At CAHO, we tailor each quote based on your specific needs — different design types (like line art, solid blocks, or photos) work best with different printing methods. Apparel style, fabric, and color will also affect pricing. And of course, the more you print, the better the deal!

Q3.  Why isn't there a price list on your website?

As mentioned above, every custom quote is crafted based on multiple factors — including garment material, intended use, graphic type, printing method, and turnaround time. Q4.  Why can you print small quantities — even just one piece?

CAHO offers one of the lowest order minimums in the industry — you can print just one piece! For screen printing and embroidery, the minimum is just 10 items. We use top-tier equipment and eco-friendly inks that meet international standards, ensuring premium quality even for small orders. Q5.  Can you mock up my design on a shirt or item so I can preview it?

Q7.  Do you accept rush orders? How fast can they be done?

Yes, we do offer express and rush-order services — same-day pickup is even possible (depending on store workload). For full details, please see our express service. Nearly half of our orders are time-sensitive, so you can count on CAHO to deliver both speed and quality when it matters most.

Q8.  I’m not in Taipei — can I still place an order?

Absolutely! No matter where you are in Taiwan, you can follow our service process to complete your custom order. We recommend adding CAHO’s official LINE account to easily send design files and communicate. We can ship fitting samples, prototypes, and finished products anywhere in Taiwan.

Q9.  Can you print my hand-drawn artwork?

No problem! We’ll need to scan your artwork first (300 DPI resolution recommended) and convert it into a digital file. For best results, please draw on a clean white sheet (both sides blank) with clear linework. You’re welcome to provide the scan yourself, or visit our store and let our advisors help digitize your piece. A small fee may apply depending on complexity — but we’ll make sure your precious creation is print-ready and beautifully preserved.

Q10.  What do terms like background removal, vector, and 300DPI mean?

Q11.  Do you offer free shipping?

“Free shipping” usually just means the shipping cost is built into the product price. At CAHO, we prefer to keep things transparent — so you can actually save more:

(1) Pick-up at our store is always free — and you get to inspect your finished product on the spot. Smart move!
(2) Delivery fees are calculated fairly based on weight and quantity. If you already work with a logistics provider, that’s even better!
(3) For urgent orders, we strongly recommend store pickup to avoid any delivery delays. It’s the most reliable way to get your order on time.

Q12.  What payment methods do you accept?

At CAHO, we accept payment by cash or bank transfer only. This helps you avoid extra processing fees from other payment methods — so you can get better quality for the same price. It’s one of our secrets to delivering premium results without unnecessary costs.
