Thanks to sublimation technology, the dye penetrates the fibers or surface, creating a seamless look without visible “edges” or “lines.” Perfect for full-coverage and detailed designs. Patterns blend smoothly and naturally into the fabric without harsh borders or color breaks.

Important Notes:

While sublimation printing allows for seamless, all-over prints and flexible print placement, there are a few limitations to keep in mind:

Material limitations: As mentioned earlier, sublimation printing works best on synthetic fibers (such as polyester) or specially treated materials. It is not suitable for 100% natural fibers (such as cotton), where print quality will be poor.

Shape limitations (for customer-supplied garments): Sublimation printing typically requires a flat surface for proper transfer. Items with highly irregular shapes or complex structures (such as products with extreme curves) may need to be evaluated for print feasibility.
